“Tough Enough to Wear Pink (TETWP)” campaign kicked off.
Mikey Hoeven received the First T-shirt for the Tough Enough to Wear Pink (TETWP) campaign on Friday from the hand of Lisa Baasch (co-chair of the Barnes County for life) and Rayma Fiegen (co-chair of sponsoring).  For the third year in a row the Wrangler Professional Rodeo at the ND Wintershow and the Barnes County Relay for Life are supporting the TETWP campaign. TETWP started in 2004 as when the Mother of a one of the Cowboys went through Breast cancer and wanted to involve the Rodeo Community in a fundraiser for Breast cancer by asking the Cowboys to wear Pink. The TETWP has since grown to a nationwide fundraiser. Three years ago the ND Winter Show and the Barnes County Relay for Life decided to work together to raise funds for cancer at the ND wintershow Rodeo. The audience is asked to wear pink in the support of the TETWP campaign. T-shirt will be available at a booth at the ND Winter Show and with the Barnes County Relay for Life teams. All funds raised are for the Barnes County Relay for Life and The American Cancer Society. So far almost $20,000 has been raised for cancer research in the last two years and over 5 million nationwide. Please buy your T-shirts now.  T-shirt are black and have long sleeves and are available for $15.00.
